I started with Jennifer in the summer of 2015 when I was just looking for a place to workout for 3 months while the Workout room at my regular Kick Boxing Class was being renovated. I felt I was in good enough shape for my age since I worked out at least 2-3 times a week and didn’t have any health issues. But, after working with Jennifer for a few weeks and following her program, I realized that if I wanted to become and maintain my best self, I needed more then just a workout routine, I needed a fitness lifestyle that developed all of me (mind, body and soul). I’ve since followed Jennifer through 2 Gym moves, including opening of her own FIT4LYFE Gym. Jennifer is passionate about her craft and pours her all into each and every client. I love this gym, the trainers, & my workout family. Jen will tailor your workouts to fit individual needs. She offered boot camp, personal training and more. I’ve known Jennifer for about 17 years. I started working out with jennifer March 2018 I was weighing 210Lb size 18 or XL I am 4ft 11in in height. We worked out 3 days a week she provided a meal plan, understanding on good eating habits and a strong support system. So far I lost over 50Lbs, I’m down to a size 10 from a size 18, I wear a size medium and some smalls in t-shirts. FIT4LYFE GYM is the real deal yes you will work for it but you are worth it.
I started training with Jennifer in 2018. Every since I started training with her, it has been the best experience in my fitness journey. I’ve tried so many different weight loss programs and none of them worked because I didn’t have the right tools I needed to be successful in losing weight. The Gym will be reopening Tuesday, May 26th!!
We are doing all we can to make this a smooth and safe transition.
The Gym is being cleaned and totally sanitized for your safety.
The city is still opened to only a 25% capacity, so FIT4Lyfe will adhere to city guidelines.
Space is limited to 10 people per session inside the gym.
Due to COVID-19 / Corona Virus Restrictions, some members may NOT be ready to come back to the gym while others are. Clients/Members will still be able to receive service via Zoom, according to the new Zoom / Gym training schedule.
