Biography:

When it comes to training my clients, my philosophy is to make it as easy as possible to maintain. My focus is to implement a training session that creates results. My program educates my clients on personal weight loss or weight gain for overall better health with techniques to prevent injuries.

I have worked in the personal training industry for more than 5 years. I have trained with many mentors and assisted with a diverse clientele with diverse fitness and nutritional levels. I offer individualized nutrition plans, body sculpting, agility training, circuit training, HIIT, group and strength training.

I’m originally from California and have made Texas my home for more than 20 years and Texas is where I found the passion to make this a lifestyle change. I enjoy watching the Rockets and walking my dogs early in the morning and helping others achieve their goals.
